Are you new to the Valparaiso community and would like to sign up for water and sewer? Or are you moving from your present location? Either way, you can now request a change in billing with our on-line Customer Service Billing page.

Simply click on the activity / change that you are requesting and our Customer Service Department will process your request within 24 hours including a confirmation email.
