Customer Service Billing - Termination / Transfer of Service

When terminating your service with us, or simply transfering service from one location to another within our service area, we require the following to complete your request:

1) If you are requesting a termination of services, our office will require at least two (2) working days notice prior to scheduling the turnoff.
2) You or your representative will have to be present if the water service to the house is going to be completely shut off. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you to set up the exact time and day when our Water Service Representative can meet with you to shut off the water.
3) If you are terminating service and moving out of our service area, you will need to provide your forwarding address for the final bill and your water security deposit refund, should you have a deposit on file with us.
