IT’S TIME TO THINK ABOUT YOUR SUMMER WATERING HABITS

All residential customers whose account number begins with the letter R and who have received at least three bills prior to June will receive the summer reduced sewage rate for FIVE (5) MONTHS.  The charge is based on the average of your December through May consumption.

The sprinkling average was changed March 26, 2001 to allow for a five month discounted rate for consumption used in May, June, July, August and September billed in June, July, August, September and October. Click here to view / print down the Summer Water Sprinkling information.

All residential customers whose account number begins with the letter R and has received at least three bills prior to June will receive a discounted sewage rate for five months. The charge is based on the winter average for the December through May bills. The sprinkling rate allowance shall not be available to users who have occupied the billed premises for less than three months and have not received three bills prior to June.

SWIMMING POOL OWNERS - It is your responsibility to make sure that your route has been read by the Water Department and that you will be covered by the sprinkling average before starting to fill your pool. If you fill your pool before you are covered by the sprinkling average, you will be responsible to pay for the sewage charges on that water.
