How & Where To Pay Bills....

The Valparaiso Water Department offers the following options for paying your bill....

Pay By Mail-
A self-addressed envelope is included with each statement for easy payment by mail.

Drive Up Window-
Located at 205 Billings Street under the front canopy, the drive up window is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for convenient bill payment service.

Night Deposit Box-
Customers who cannot make it into our office during regular business hours may drop their payment off into our night deposit box located at the drive up window at our main office. This depository is well lighted and the customers do not need to exit their car.

City Hall Drop Box-
We have a payment drop box located inside City Hall. Access hours are 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Bank Drafting-
Customers can automatically pay their monthly bill by debiting their bank account. This service provides a method of taking care of the bill payment for busy family lifestyles. Call the Billing Supervisor at (219) 462-6174 extension 1310.
