Credit Card Payments

 

The Valparaiso Department of Water Works is now offering the option of paying your city utility bill by credit card online through Official Payments Corporation.

 

Enjoy the convenience, flexibility, and rewards of credit card payments.

 

You can now call toll-free at 1-877-278-2205 or pay online.  After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep for your records.

 

We will accept all of the above credit cards for a flat processing fee of $5.95 for any amount. This fee is paid directly to Official Payments Corporation.  The Valparaiso City Utilities does not receive any portion of the service fee.
