New Storm Water Rule 13 - Federal Changes

The purpose of the new Stormwater Project Phase II is to develop a comprehensive storm water program that:

1) regulates the construction activities on areas greater than one (1) acre.

2) allows "NO EXPOSURE" exclusions for all industrial types.

3) addresses municipalities with less than 100,000 people.
