New Storm Water Rule 13 - Designation Criteria

The designation criteria for the new Stormwater Project Phase II are:

1) a community or entity located within, or contiguous to, a mapped urbanized area (UA).

2) a portion of the county that contains an urbanized area.

3) entities outside the urbanized area determined by the total population, population growth, enrollment, and user population.

4) documented significant contributors of pollutants.
